We consider our models as precious assets as they allow our students to put into practice their learning. In the Advanced Academy our models must be open to a change in hair style and we cannot do "trims". Models for our advanced color classes must have a consultation before being selected and must be open to a total change. We cannot book cut and colour appointments as our classes run on different weeks. Our Foundations Course students are learning to cut and colour hair so there are fewer restrictions on models than in our advanced courses. Please bear in mind that this is a learning experience for our students so your appointment will take longer. Required Conduct For All Models To ensure that your experience is a good one and that our students learn, the following conduct guidelines are enforced: No eating or sleeping is permitted while getting service Models must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment time. Models arriving after their appointment is scheduled to begin may not be served. Loud, rude or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in service being denied. Our Instructors and students will treat all models with respect, we ask that models treat our staff and students with respect. Appointments will take a minimum of 2 hours |
