DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to the guidelines set by our Mission Statement
Retailing and paid services including cuts, dry-offs, blowdries, up-styles, trims, texture services
Assisting others with their duties
Providing excellent guest service to all of our guests
Taking care of the salon appearance and overseeing your section
Ensuring your station and tools are in opening condition
Helping others progress through their training programs
Promoting yourself, your colleagues and the brand
Continuing to further your career through education
