Tamia brings over 2.5 years of salon experience to her work as a Colourist at Suki's. She has a true passion for creating customized looks that enhance each client's natural beauty. Her specialty is balayage, a technique she loves for its ability to deliver soft, dimensional, and effortlessly natural results.

A proud highlight of Tamia's career was helping advocate for textured hairstyling to be added to the CBE cosmetology curriculum—an initiative that now ensures future stylists are equipped to work confidently with all hair types.

Outside the salon, Tamia enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and exploring her creative side through art and music. She has a deep love for 90s and 2000s R&B, finds peace in rainy days, and is a self-proclaimed fragrance enthusiast.

Tamia's philosophy behind the chair is simple: every client deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and confident. She strives to make sure her guests leave not only looking their best, but also feeling amazing inside and out.
